Hi,
I'm not sure whether this is caused by the Windows 11 update (KB 5121767 – July 18) or by updating to version 1.11.15 (build 10169, 64-bit), but I'm now experiencing the following issue.
When I open a photo and click Auto Levels and/or Auto Contrast, the photo sometimes disappears completely and I return to the overview.
What's interesting is that if I reopen the photo, the adjustment has actually been applied, because I can click Undo to revert it.
It doesn't happen every time, but it does occur quite regularly.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Has anyone been able to reproduce it?
Thanks for reading and for your support.
Ries

Yes, that's actually what I mean—the browser (!) I open a photo, apply Auto Contrast and/or Auto Levels, and then the open photo (and its tab) sometimes disappears. However, when I open the photo a second time, I can undo the adjustment that was applied earlier.
Best regards,
Ries

Re: The photo disappears from the screen (Auto contrast)
I don't know whether it was just luck or whether these changes actually helped ?!. I removed the Menu (red X) from the toolbar and replaced it with the individual commands (0). I also increased the database memory usage to 286 MB.
After these changes, the issue where the affected photo suddenly disappeared no longer occurs, until now. For example, the photo DSC_0027.jpg used to disappear when I selected Auto Levels and/or Auto Contrast from the Menu (which has now been removed).
If the problem occurs again, I'll be sure to report it. Have a great day!
