Animated GIF thumbnails are movable from the Folders and Memory device views, but are not when viewed from other views.
I don't know if they're even supposed to be animated like that. Maybe it would be better if there was a switch for it. Of course, this also applied to jxl and avif files.

When you tap on animated GIF from albums or bookmarks, image view doesn't show it as animated, right?

Animated GIF thumbnails are movable on LIST OF FILES the Folders and Memory device views, but are not on list of files on other views.
The idea is to have a uniform approach to animated gifs, so that in each view they are either animated or only the first frame.
