1.11.15 - Category Sets search bar blanks when typing a comma

The search bar at the top of the Category Sets tab will blank what you typed if you enter a comma. This does not occur on the Categories tab.

Effect: Unable to easily assign categories with commas in

To reproduce:
1. Go to Category Sets tab
2. Start typing something with a comma. The category I wanted to create was "Selby Road, Eggborough"
3. As soon as the comma is typed the text box will be blanked.

Actual behaviour (bug): Text box gets blanked

Expected behaviour: Text box should show existing text, with a comma.
