Canvas Square (by longest/shortest) resize is missing

Hi Pierre,

in XNView/XNConvert you have added it, but it's missing in NConvert. Could you please add such an option? Resize canvas to square by longest/shortest side. As discussed here: viewtopic.php?p=163994#p163994

It could be run like this:

I am in the process of resizing cover art for music files. The small ones should stay small, but if necessary get black borders in order to become a square. Square addition is necessary, because some playback devices force pictures to be squared and distort them, not respecting the aspect ratio.
