Subject: Suggestion: Rename "Acquire into (TWAIN)" to clarify batch scanning

Hello,

I'd like to suggest renaming the menu item "Acquire into (TWAIN)" (currently under File menu) to something more intuitive, like "Batch Scan (TWAIN)" or "Multi-page Scan (TWAIN)".

The current name doesn't clearly indicate that this feature allows sequential scanning of multiple pages with automatic file naming. Most users assume it's just about choosing a file format for a single scan, and discovering it's actually a batch mode is not obvious at all.

A clearer name would save a lot of confusion. Thank you for considering this!

Could you please clarify where you are seeing this option, in the file browser or viewer, and in which XnView MP version?

I can't locate it in the current XnView MP 1.11.6 version, or in the previous 1.11.5 version.

The twain interface as you know interfaces with the TWAIN interface of a scanner, with as far as I recall scans initiated from the scan button, enabling single or multiple scans to be made.
