ShutterStock, IPTC standard and Xnview MP IPTC editor

Good morning,
Do you know how the fields in Shutterstock correspond to those in XnView’s IPTC editor for photos uploaded via FTP?
The description matches, but the tags, category 1 and usage do not.
I asked Shutterstock’s technical support for help, but received misleading and inadequate replies.
