1.11.5 Windows Snipping tool doesn't work in Fullscreen

Tbh I'm not sure if this is a bug or feature.

OS: W10 Professional, 64 bit
XnView 64bit

- Open a picture in Full screen (F).
- Press Windows+Shift+S (Snipping tool)
- Try to snip anything, even on some other monitor

Faulty behavior: Nothing happens.

Expected behavior: The Snipping tool window pops up with my snip.

Note: Snipping works if XnView is NOT in Fullscreen mode.
