I used your program in the past and then I passed to FastStone Image Viewer. Currently I gave another chance to XnV and I'm amazed at how things they have evolved! Congrats for your hard work!
Something though is really missed and "ruin" my experience.. maybe the only one thing I miss from FS.
The SINGLE-CLICK zoom IN option 100%
This is a MUST and it's curious that there is no such option in menus! (even a lot of people ask for it...) 
The zoom&pan option is actually not the most comfortable way of zooming.. because we have to keep pressing left click and then move all way around. And this limited especially for large images and annoying because zoom is not steady, image is zoomed out every single time to go on another part etc etc..
The easy and the right way is to have the option to CLICK ONCE (left click) ZOOM LEVEL at 100% and then use the same left click (HAND) to navigate without stress to the entire image FAST!
Please do something about that, because your program is really good and this stops it from being perfect!
