1.12.2 Disappearing tabs

OS: Windows 11 24H2 - 64-bit

Tabs disappear when trying to close a tab with unsaved changes.

To reproduce:
Make sure you have "Hide Tab header when only one is opened" option turned on in Settings > Interface > Tabs

1. Launch XnView. Browser view is opened.
2. Open any one image file. New tab is opened, now you have two tabs opened: "Browser" and "any-image.jpg".
3. Make any changes to the opened image file (Rotate 90 or change brightness).
4. Click "Close tab" button.
5. "Save changed file?" dialog appears. Choose "Cancel".

Actual behaviour (bug): Now tabs have disappeared!

Expected behaviour: Tabs must stay visible.
