Add XMP-iptcExt:DigitalImageGUID to "Edit IPTC-IIM"

It would be nice to be able to access the GUID for an image via "Edit IPTC-IIM"

Globally unique identifier for this digital image. It is created and applied by the creator of the digital image at the time of its creation . This value shall not be changed after that time.

Since ExifTool 13.59 (May 27, 2026), it has supported the NewUUID tag, which generates a random UUID version 4.
