Yes, will be added for EXIF/IPTC...

But please make preview appear in all tabs, not only Preview.

So not like Deluxe, Preview + Iptc/EXIF view?

Is there any reason NOT to put preview image there (I know a few for such solution)?

To supplement this feature:
- ability to disable tabs, with one selected type used as preview
- persistent tab selection between program sessions

If you have preview + info window, the preview will be smaller. Which solution do you have?

Of course, it would be smaller, but it is better than none. Especially that you still could switch to traditional preview.
Theory aside, just look at this layout:

But where do you put EXIF/IPTC info? Tab is an easy solution...

The only change to Deluxe version is addition of preview image to EXIF/IPTC/Properties tab- there is quite some free space there, and using it for preview image seems most natural.

The changes to Deluxe would be, as I wrote:
- adding preview image to tabs that don't contain it
- change of Preview tab to image-only tab, with no additional info (identical to current preview panel in XnView); Properties tab contains this info anyway
- ability to turn off tabs, with selecting one type (EXIF, IPTC, Properties, Preview) that would be displayed as preview panel.
