Canon G2 camera folders

I am trying to make Xnview collate all of the images in the sequential folders created on my camera and place them in one folder on my hard disk. At the moment I do it manually. Can this be automated? I tried it with the Convert option in xnview but it took forever and it doubled the size of the files. There must be a better way.....?

Yes, convert rewrite your picture. No way to make that easily.
