File format identification ?

Hi,

I found a strange file forma. I explain, i have image file with a .bmp extention but when i try to open them it's impossible.

When i look in hex format the haeder start with RL in hex 52 4C 01 00 or 52 4C 00 00

Somme body can help me on this type of file ? Il sure that it's a bmp file tranform with some thing but what ???
