Batch Conversion problem

Hey hey, been using this great program for awhile and paid for a license! (Since I use it for work)

So heres my problem,

I'm currently batch converting a bunch of photos (about 32,000) to web format and compression and worked like a fairly well but come second time on a smaller batch of about 5,000 different story I do the usual script I use, resizing 720 x 720 decrease only and in ratio and compression to 40% jpeg and DPI to 72 and select the base folder also making sure there is no Read only Pictures as the stupid servers automatically flag everything read only after a day of storage and still no result! in compression and image size resizing.

So XnView does the whole progression bar and I check and nothing appears to be converted or even touched. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? Any help to fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated as this saves me hours and hours of tedious work

Ah, never mind. worked it out

just uninstalled Xnview, deleted all config files and reinstalled. and tried again which it worked

thanks anywho (just delete thread or something)
