It would be desirable to have an opportunity of the capture, the allocated area of the screen.

Not sure what you mean:

- You can capture (=make a screenshot) of the desktop or a specific window using menu 'Tools->Capture...'

- You can copy the selected area in an image to the clipboard using menu 'Edit->Copy' or Ctrl+C key.

I would like to have make a screenshot of the only allocated (on mouse) area of the screen
