Thumbnail source on per-filetype basis

Hello!

First off, Pierre, xnview is great! Thank you so much! (I don't want to name the competition here, but this is soooo much better than irfranview or whatever it's called.)

I have a suggestion, that may at first seem overkill, but there is a very good reason. RAW (CR2) files take a long time to create thunbnails of. JPG thumbnails are much nicer if the integrated thumbnail is not used, and often more accurate *see below*. So I would like for xnview to use the integrated thumbnail for RAW files and make it's own for jpgs.

*after saving a file with xnview after having manipulated contrast etc. the file is updated correctly but the thumbnail is the old one. (will post bug report on this)
