Tag and Compare functions

When I tag some files but only select ONE file, the "Compare" menu is disabled.

But when I select more than one file (whether they are tagged or not), the "Compare" menu is enabled and the tagged files (not the selected files) can be compared.

My point is:
The "Compare" menu should be enabled when I tag more than one file, whether I select more than one file or not.

Right?
