A: XnView does not remember last normal window config

Post by Troken »

Hi!

Sometimes I like to drag-n-drop images directly from the browser to, say, an email or InDesign. To do so I have to klick on restore window (in opposite to maximize window), and drag-n-drop the image. But XnView never remembers how I left the last restored window. It always goes back to some default configuration, which looks funny to me. Can this be fixed?

Important: it does not always happen:
1. If you maximize -> restore -> maximize -> restore etc. XnView remembers window config (hight, width and all) = OK!
2. If you close XnView with a restored window, it remembers = OK!
3. If you close XnView with a maximized window, dang, it forgets the last restored window and falls back to a default restored window next time you klick restore = BAD! :bug:

A similar matter I adressed a couple of months ago, regarding that XnView falls back to restored window when capturing, even though XnView was maximized when capturing. XnView does not remember being maximized:
