Increase [right mouse] button scrolling speeeds

Is there any way of increasing the speed at which the scrolling of an image can be increased say like 1.5x/2x times the current distance you'd scroll an image.

I tend to use the right mouse to scroll around large images, and even on a large screen the amount of mouse movement involved to scroll around the entire image is a lot. Even if you increase the mouse sensitivity, that helps get around the image faster, but you still do the same amount of mouse movement. So if the program could adaptively change the speed the more you scroll so that it moves the image around faster the longer you scroll in that direction.. Would be a really neat improvement I think
