Is it possible that the batch rename function works also with word or pdf -files if you want to insert the XP-Author, XP-Comment or XP-Title?

Checked browser sort setting and I had choosed 'sort by type' which was the reason for the long time folder scanning

Therefore it seems not to be a bug!

Question: Is it possible to open XnView out of other applications with a parameter for sorting options?

No file in the cache or in any of the XnView folder is/was defragmented
