Cropping problem: Some pixels lost
I wanted to crop a bunch of pictures to change the aspect.
So i draw the frame over the complete width of the picture but i always loose some pixels (1-4).
I first have to zoom out a little bit to catch the whole width.
Tested on three PCs with v2.05.
Would it help if you make a small (1-3 ...

Re: EXTREM different file size between XnView an XnViewMP
The problem is not the compression.
The RAW file has a dimension of 4072x3048 px.
The TIF with XnView hat the same dimensions, the one with XnViewMP only 2036x1522.
How can this happen?

EXTREM different file size between XnView an XnViewMP
I currently use both programs (in the newest version).
I just opened a DNG file from my camera with around 19MB.
i saved it with XnViewMP as TIFF and got a 9MB file.
Then i saved it with XnView as TIFF and the file was 23MB.
Both have the setting "none" for color.
Why is this possible?

Re: Can NConvert create directories?
I don´t think that it´s possible to use one of these inside of a batch file.

Re: Can NConvert create directories?
It looks like it can´t find the picture because of the <SPACE>.
When i convert a unicode File by hand it works, from filelist it does not.
I have a little package for you with some files an a little batch, you can download it from my server:

Re: Can NConvert create directories?
Looks like there is an other problem: nconvert has the same problem with "non standard"-characters, it can´t read/or write them.
If i have a filename with a german "Umlaut" like "ä ö ü ß" and so on i get an error.
Is THIS also fixable?

Can NConvert create directories?
I found a project someone started with irfanview as a batch tool.
The problem is: Irfanview stops if it finds an unreadable jpeg.
Now i want to make the whole thing with nconvert (i hate Irfanview).
