That is the original problem finger misses numpad enter and and lands in between Del and Enter then this instantly delete selected files.

P.S. i have not been using recycle bin ever since i started with computers 20+ years ago.

Incidentally deleted files by pressing Del + Enter on the numpad because this two keys are very close together.
Was not able to recover. :?

Would be great if there was option to set delete dialog answer to " No " by default to avoid this situation in the future.
Perhaps only set ...

In thumbnail view File List toolbar (upper right corner) i filter to show only photos with rating = 4 stars then open full view tab to look trough images again and re-rate them.

This opens a new tab.

There's lots of series of same photos say 6 photos shot in series so its almost the same exact ...

I have draw selection box for zoom disabled and unbind (personal preference, box is distracting, i rather use zoom-in / zoom-out). When i click orange Crop icon on toolbar it opens additional crop toolbar underneath the original toolbar however no options in that additional toolbar have any effect ...

resetting manually set zoom (to pre-selected autozoom) when switching normal-fullscreen-normal modes
is legit behavior on its own:

zoom resets
xnview mp, acdsee, faststone, irfanview


zoom keeps - for all sizes
xnview classic, imageglass, nomacs, ms photos


zoom keeps - for small images ...

Tools > Settings > Catalog > Synchronize Folders ...

Abort button has no effect, only was able to stop process by using "x" button to close window.

Sometimes i use XnViewMP to quickly cull trough the photos and want to see how it would look cropped.

There is a drag able crop box, but i disabled that i rather use zoom in (plus) / zoom out keys (minus) but currently its limited to very big steps.

Could be very handy to have custom modifier key ...

If i have image open in window (normal mode) and i zoom up to 100% then i click middle mouse button it switching to full screen without menus and as soon as it switches image becomes not 100% anymore.

If photo has thumbnail and file being moved using thumbnail view in XnViewMp then it does not re-generate thumbnails again just update path in the catalog, however for video files when i move them using thumbnail view in XnViewMp say create new sub folder and move videos there then thumbnails are ...

check Layout combobox in Settings > Browser > Toolbar

In thumbnail view mode If folder has both images and videos and filter set to Images or Images (+Folders) then open click last image in list and continue scrolling down or press arrow right it will switch to video in folder (technically this is not a bug)

Now double click video to exist full screen ...

In thumbnail view when i change XnViewMP window width thumbnails also scale down, i want to keep same size but have them rearrange to new window size, what option does that?

Can't enter in grid spacing more than 99 px however when selecting with divisions can do up to 1/2/3/4 etc

What if say someone want grid similar in size to 3x3 grid, but wants to specify dimensions with pixels to be precise.
