Hi,
I have a 120 Hz Monitor and it would be nice if the movement in a zoomed in image would be smooth like 120 Hz.
The feature is like smooth scrolling in browser, but here smooth movement in zoomed in image.
Google Earth comes to my mind. It behaves like I imagine.

I doesn't matter which zoom steps. Every zoom step is affected.
I use always latest Nvidia driver for RTX40 ...

I retested 1.5.3, same issue

I removed settings files in Roaming and used default settings.
Same issue.
Do you think newest Nvidia driver could also be a culprit?

I use 200% scaling of windows which also applies for text.

So to summarize:
- 1.4.5 is fine
- since 1.5.0 every HQ scaler is broken for downscaling except Bilinear.

Can you reproduce it?

I retested with new 1.5.2 x64 windows installer, same as before.
