where do you actually enter the -q ?

I am using XnView to convert BMPs to JPGs with no problems
Now I need to reduce the file sizes of around 150 JPGs by about half
I cant seem to do it

Where do you enter the script to do this ?

Any help appreciated
I am a bit of a novice
