Great! Now it works....
But - this functionality is a bit hidden - can you add a tooltip or a help window or just a simple label somewhere on the right - describing how double parentheses work?
Not everyone reads this forum and I believe many are interested in such feature...
Thank you very much!

IF EXIST and other basic logical functions

It would be nice if you could add a feature of basic logical functions within xnview.
For instance: I like to see basic photo exposure parameters while watching photos full-screen (image above) so I created such an information scheme to be ...

More EXIF fields in search
Could you please add more (or even all) EXIF values in search window? Now there is only ISO that user can select (when talking about important for photographers EXIF values)...

Informations shown while comparing pictures
Is there any way to change the information that is shown on top left corner of every image in COMPARE mode into something similar to the one when you open the image fullscreen??
for example:
<Date Taken [d B Y H.M.S]>
t= <Exposure Time>s
f/<F-Number>
l= <Focal Length> mm
ISO<ISO Value>

Re: Purple stripe after RAW conversion
I also removed xnview.ini to check if it is affected by settings. Well it is not.
NEF files seems to be corrupted after beeing converted!
But later on I found something interesting online.
It seems that picassa has the same problem! http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Picasa/thread?tid ...

Purple stripe after RAW conversion
After batch converting NIKON RAW files (NEF) to JPEG strange purple stripe 41x2868 px (R179,G94,B187) appears on the left side of converted photo (or on the top when converting vertical photos). NEF files come from recently released Nikon D5000 Camera (10.2 MPix). When I convert NEFs from my last ...

Re: Nikon Makernotes
Certainly.
ACDSee keeps both: regular and makernotes exif section in converted JPGs.
Also NIKON ViewNX keeps all exif fields (what is not surprising as it is NIKON and its makernotes :) - LINK for English Version - French is also available).
But I'd still like to use your Xnview. I compared ...
