Problems with cyrilic Chars in IPTC-Fields (XnView 1.96)
Hi,
XNview 1.96 has problems with cyrillc chars characters in IPTC-fields.
If an IPTC-field contains cyrillc chars (utf encoded) XnView can't display the information correctly. Instead of the correct chars question marks are displayed.

Unicode is part of the standard!
Take a look at http://www.exif.org/Exif2-2.PDF On Page 28 you can find the specification of the Exif UserComment field.
Possible character codes are ASCII,JIS,UNICODE and "Undefined ...

if unicode (utf-16) is used in the EXIF:UserComment field, XNviews(193B2) output looks a litte bit strange. Each char is follwed by a gap which looks like a space.
