Re: Settings - paths - improve grouping
In ZIP package, there is no ini, so you need to set it
Can we add one in the distribution? If someone wants his own configuration he already has a copy of the files for his needs (and he knows how to copy /would find How to in the forum).

Re: Settings - paths - improve grouping
If you choose custom, you can set like now
Do you mean all other items are greyed unless you choose Custom ?
That's good, no headache for average users. Complexity left behind the scene👍
Is there a real need for a "Portable" option ? I think this is all solved by the ZIPped version. For those ...

Hi, I agree all the current settings are not obvious and there is an opportunity to improve.
Can you explain the idea behind the application settings being split in "Main" and "Other" ?
So far there was 3 options for ...

Re: Need to change the location of settings
One year later we still have the same limitation if you would like to have all users of the machine working with the same setup .
Can we have the storage options updated?
I just reinstalled a new machine, new OS and I'm stuck to the same workaround for years: Download the ZIPpe'd version of ...

Got it this morning.

Re: Resize Me! : File name changed on saving
Hello Pierre,
My previous reply was based on va 2.4.1 (updated last week). The Play Store do not show anything more récent.
More precisely, on the way to reproduce I mentioned batch or single file and now I realise it's not clear.

Re: Resize Me! : File name changed on saving
Strange is it batch mode the original names are preserved. Same with XnConvert, whether multiple files are selected or a single one, the original file name(s) is(are) preserved.

Resize Me! : File name changed on saving
Hello,
Something changed since the récent updates. When saving a single file with version 2.4.0 the file created is named like "IMG_20250326_105616.jpg", loosing the name of the original Picture.
It doesn't happens in batch mode. (see attached sample)
Same with the last 2.4.1 Just updated today.

Hello Pierre,
I just updated to the new v2.3.1 I did a quick test with a picture freshly taken but as far as I can see the pb still.
Have you been able to reproduce?
