Re: Right click- delete does not work in new version

No, my issue is not exactly the same. The right-click -delete is really not able to delete it. If I refresh the folder or close the image, that image is still there. However, I surprisingly solved this issue by switching to the setup version. I have been using the portable versions for years and tha...

Re: 256*256 - resize option

The sizes : 160*120, 320*240, 640*480, 800*600 are really old-fashioned. I think some of them are designed to make desktop wallpaper for small monitor in the old times. Now day, no one uses that kind of monitor anymore. Instead, 256*256 is the most commonly used icon size for windows. A lot of peopl...

Hi helmut, Thank you so much for your help. I really love this software and hope to follow the new version. How can I send you the files? My email address is siboj9{ät}gmail{d0t}com. Maybe you can shoot me an email and I reply back. I can also do a screen recording to give you direct feeling about t...

Re: 256*256 - resize option

I got it wrong. it is not 225x225. should be 160*120, 320*240 etc. I already modified the top post.

Re: Right click- delete does not work in new version

Very interesting. Edit > Delete works very well but right click and File delete does not.

2.36: Right click-delete does not work

I had been using XnView 2.20 for a long time before I recently upgraded to 2.36. Then the delete file function is not working anymore. Nothing happens when I right-click delete in 2.36. I even do not see any windows pop out. Not surprisingly, downgrading back to 2.20 dose solve the problem. However,...

256*256 - resize option

I do a lot folder icon editing in windows, which use 256 pix * 256 pix as the standard size. Right now, 160*120, 320*240 etc. are available, could you add the resize -standard size - 256*256? In this way, I don't have manually type in 256 every time.

Thanks,

Sibo

the previous/next file does not move to new file

With previous/next file button, Xnview won't move to the new photo if that is added after start of Xnview. In another words, xnview does not refresh its memory regarding what is included in that folder. All the new files added to the folder will be ignored under the previous/next file mode.
