I didn't notice that the folder doesn't expand when I click on it, I expected the hand-cursor to disappear. Many apologies.

And the last request in this topic: could you rename this option to "Disable one-click mouse behavior" and set it unchecked by default, I think it will be more intuitive.

BTW, I suggest to rename this option to: No thumbnail for files larger than [____] KB. It just sounds better.

Wow, I didn't notice that, he he.

RC3: No thumbnail for files larger than [____] KB

Image Image

Blue area: the option has a value of 2048 KB, but as you see it on the second screeshot, xnview still shows thumbnail for 45 MB file.

That's because of MDI implementation you use in xnview code, maybe there are some other librarys for making MDI tabs in C++.

BTW, I've already found some new solutions. Check this:

Does not work in RC3. I uncheck this option, reload xnview and it still expands folders on left single-click.

I don't think that somebody use MDI with unmaximized windows in xnview, I would say that this is very uncomfortable for viewing images, since we are not edit them like in Photoshop where you can't imagine work without unmaximized windows.

Like by default in windows explorer. Very useful, I think (as for me).
