1.98.8:a bug when label switching

If I open two or more pictures，I can find a dialog box flashed when label switching.
I have found this bug on many computers.
system：win 7 U
system language：Simple Chinese
xnview：1.98.8 or the previous versions

I sent two email to webmaster@<!-- removed* --> when the latest version was 1.98.6，and this bug has been confirmed.It's a problem with MDI window on windows.

But even now it hasn't been fixed.

In my opinion,although this problem with windows API & MDI can't be solved perfectly,but I think that the vast majority of people browse pictures with maximizing the child window.So you can modify the code to avoid this.
