Xnview MP Dark UI Enhancement

Currently it's not possible, but please send me some icons, and i'll add a settings..

Is this going to be a skinning feature as in XnView Classic, Pierre?

Don't get me wrong, Pierre. I love the Mezich icons.
I'm just wondering if you have any plans to eventually (low to medium priority) extend this a feature so it would not only allow for switching the icon theme but also the color scheme and maybe even the “workspace” altogether (as previously discussed).

Yes i tested it and it works great, but i'm facing a problem with the (X) close button because i can't change it, i thought the it use this photo "min_close.png" so i edited it but it doesn't work.

Actually what i meant by padding is the vertical alignment of the icons in the address/search toolbar

I think I'm to dumb for this...
I changed xnview.ini and ./UI/style_sheet_win.qss + ./UI/style_sheet.qss with the ones in your download link but my layout doesn't look any close like yours?

i replaced .ini file (...\AppData\Roaming\XnViewMP) and qss 2 files (C:\Program Files\XnViewMP\UI) from download link but nothing changed, can anybody help me please? the dark theme is brillint but i can see it only on attached screenshots - not on my computer

Welcome to the forum, szelma. I'm sorry you had to wait for a reply.

1. Extract Dark+UI.rar and open style_sheet.qss & style_sheet_win.qss with a text editor. (You don't need the included xnview.ini.)
2. Start XnView MP and go to View » Theme » Dark theme.
3. Delete all text of the fields in the tabs titled style_sheet.qss & style_sheet_win.qss and replace it with the content of the downloaded QSS files.
4. Exit the dialog by clicking on OK.

I found it searching the same problem as noted (and somehow solved) by arabtornado, how to change backgd color of PREVIEW panel

this correctly describes how to
a) change color of thumbnail label bkgd,
b) thumbnails bkgd, and
c) thumbnail panel bkgrd
but not Preview bkgd, correct? So how do I do it, as my dark themes is looking good.

Another thing, how to change the selected thumbnail having blue-white box around it and the selected thumbnail label dark blue? I'd like to make them just maybe lighter grey. If that's Qt style sheet then where do I find those in Linux Debian?

Also, how do I change the white 1px line to left of each pane, as arabtornado doesn't have them? Not to mention the blue Tree folder icons and List folders (very yellow!)

Well, I already compared the css file in the Dark UI.rar with mine (in meld) and then I also put that one in place of mine, but preview is still white bkgd and still have 1px white lines at each pane inside-right and bottom border.

And, a request I very much suppose, the tag box/rating/colour on thumbnails would be nicer not white (ie grey) and the tag one especially not a "checked" box but just a colored "check" that shows if tagged or otherwise does not show.
