Setting image save quality

Am I right in saying that the only place in Xnviewmp for setting JPEG save quality is in the Batch Convert dialogue window, under Format > Settings ?

The window that comes up is called Write Settings.

This sets the vaulues in xnview.ini JPEGQuality= etc

If this is correct, surely it's not in the most obvious place is it? While we DO need to get there from within Batch Convert, I think we also need to get to Write Settings from the main menu, and from Preview tab as these settings affect files saved after enhancements in Preview tab.
