With a Windows batch file .bat calling two nconvert scripts, or *nix equivalent?

I can't. I select images in xnview, so there's no way to use batch or nconvert for this.

You couldn't batch process a folder of images in an Input folder and put the outputs in 'Large' and 'Small + watermark' folders, for example?

Edit:

Or perhaps an AutoHotKey script assigned to a keyboard shortcut to enter the series of keystrokes required to output both?

No, the use case is I have a folder of images. Not all will be processed.
Each image will be processed to watermark on one of the corners. When chosen the image will output to 2 sizes with watermark in one of the corners.
That's why I am actually viewing the images and selecting/tagging to run script.
