Hi,
The extremely usefully tabbed compare function seems to be broken in the most recent version of xnView. It would be great if this could be fixed
Thanks

Re: Problem with the Compare function
Hi,
The problem I'm having is when I use compare (from the tools menu or by shift+c) with multiple selected images. Then I'm leaving "used tabs" ticked and flicking between slightly different processed images at the same zoom level. However, recently when I try to use this feature the pop-up comparison screen doesn't appear and I still need to press escape to regain control of xnview. Oddly I've tried re-installing an old version of xnview (1.97) but I'm now experiencing the problem with it as well (was previously fine). I think it might be something xnview doesnt like with my setup

Hi, so in this case, ... you can simply rename/delete your xnview.ini file within this xnview version to have a "blank install", and make some news teststrican wrote:Hi,... I think it might be something xnview doesnt like with my setup

XnViewMP Linux X64 - Debian - X64

aha! deleting the .ini file sorted out my problem. Thanks so much!
