Yes, Ctrl+Shift+0 (Uncoloring) is not working!
Very annoying. Especially because we cannot (re)assign the shortcut. The bug is older than 0.60. But IMHO the time has come to fix it.

...just to complete myself:
The best solution here, by far, would be to have the possibility to customize the rating / color shortcuts.
This is very important, especially because we use it all day and the standard imposed by almost all other programs is different (eg. 1,2,3,4,5 for rating, 6-9 for coloring etc.)

Re: Ctrl+Shift+0 (Uncoloring) is not working!
...but your reply got me thinking. And I made a small app to test if the shortcut reaches to (any) application layer. And it does not.
Here are the explanations and the "fix": (read: a very disputable design/implementation decision of Windows' IME subsystem)
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1464 ... dows-vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967893
...however (at least for me) this reiterates the stringent need to have a fully customizable keyboard layout because:
1. There is a standard in rating and culling and it is different than ours: http://blogs.adobe.com/richardcurtis/?p=1835
2. There is a standard in rating and culling and it is faster + easier = better than ours: (see the link above
)
3. I'm quite reserved how many new users will have the time / patience / willingness to test & dig to see what's really happening with Ctrl+Shift+0 and to disable a part from the Windows' IME engine just for the sake of the XnView (you know - a new, unknown program). IMHO we must make the cost of the adoption smaller not bigger.
