Can i restore default file association?
Hi
i run w7 64bit and the last version of xnview (portable ,the zip file)
well under option system integration ->association -> i clicked windows file association..
and it does associate all the image file to xnview
is there to go back to the default w7 file association?
thanks

the list is empty like the screenshot where there is the green arrow
if i click on the red arrow , even in the list there is no item selected , it associates lot's of extensions

Re: can i restore defualt file association?
In HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\currentVersion\Explorer\FileExts, you have for example .bmp\UserChoice (ProgId=XnView.*)
Remove the UserChoice key
Remove the UserChoice key

Re: Can i restore default file association?
I want do install and uninstall unattend batch script, but I have troubles with restore association after uninstall. I can "manually" associate throught registry after install, but after uninstall isnt restored previous association. this two things are already programed in main app, so is it possible do switches for xnview.exe for this functions (one for association with list of wanted extensions and one for restore association)?

The last update fix the 'windows associations' button, but no standard way to restore
