how to change index.html as the main page

A little help please,

I want to create a web page using the web page creation tool. However, I do not want the web page to defaul to index.html. I want to rename the default web page to whatever I want, depending on what the page content will have.

How would I be able to do that?

Otherwise I have to rename the index.html as well as ALL the other created links to that location in each individual html image page that is created.....and that takes a hell of a lot of time (250+ image pages).
