Strange something wrong is with the folder name, if I have files in folder NAME I could not open it, if I move it to another ie. NAME2 they are opening, but if I come back them to NAME I could not again.

Does the folder name include non-Latin, i.e. Unicode, characters? Unicode is only supported in XnViewMP and XnConVert, which you could try...

You are totally right! The name contains polish letter as ż, ź, ę etc.

Thank you!

Please try XnViewMP, currently still in beta but under active development, which should open your images and can be used when any editing functions you need are supported.
