0.64 win-x86: Customize Toolbar right-click results in CRASH

Hi,

In XnViewMP 0.64 when I right-click on the toolbar to "Customize toolbar" the application does a program crash.

This issue should be an easy fix Because it just means that the Shortcuts options was moved to it's new place Settings>Interface>Toolbar and it needs to link to open that

It's easy to fix

The crash happens because the location of the Toolbar editor in the Settings was changed to another location
