Rotated Thumbnails

Rotated Thumbnails
I have set use exif for rotation. I have rebuilt thumbnails. My JPEGS sort themselves out, but when I later return to a folder I get this. HELP!

I have lossless set and rebuilt thumbnails - still the same???

I do that and they sort themselves out, then if I leave that folder and then return to it they are upside down again!

I think Pierre probably wants an example JPG picture file for which the thumbnail displays inverted: maximum attachment size is 1MiB so you may need to compress an example file more...xnview wrote:could you send me a picture file example?

If you have to shrink a file to reduce to file size to below 1MiB it would be as well to check that the new file exhibits the same issue with thumbnail inversion, in case resaving the file somehow clears the problem...tonyt wrote:Thanks! Will do!!!

Here is a jpeg that shows upside down as a thumbnail as per my first post. I used XNConvert to reduce from 3.7 meg. Hope thats OK?

If you copy this file in another folder, you have a rotated thumbnail too??
