Faster startup

Wanted to make XnView MP to start as fast as possible. At first moved it to ram drive - helped quite a lot. And today accidentally found out that when Settings -> Integration -> "Check for program updates" is set to "Never" it starts up basically instantly.

Yes, sure. "Check for program updates" tries to open an internet connection to see if a newer version of the program exists. This takes time.

There is the perfect quite obvious programming solution (in the XnView MP source code) so and start up is instant and updates are checked.
