Halo.
If I double-click a folder which has sub-folder, I want xnviewmp to expand the folder instead of calling rename command.
I know I can expand folder by clicking the 'arrow' icon. To me, it is much easier to double-click the folder-name because the arrow icon is so small.
Does the option for the above already exist? Where is it ?
Thanks.

Hi, Pierre.xnview wrote:strange, when i double clik on a folder name/icon, the folder is expanded, i have not rename (single click)...
I forgot to inform that the option: General > File Operations > "Use dialog to rename file/folder" was checked/selected.
So, if I double-click the folder (in other words: click the already selected folder), the rename dialog appears.
I see that if we cancel the rename dialogue, the folder is expanded.
Anyway, I have unchecked that option and double-clicking now expands the folder properly.
Thanks.
Re: double-click folder to expand; not to rename
Hi Pierre,
I have noticed the same behaviour.
Only if the General, File operations, Use dialog to rename file option is unchecked, folders can be expanded with doubleclick (which is what we want, I guess).
But then we miss the rename dialog for files...
Would it be possible to seperate the rename folder and rename file behaviour?
Kind regards,
Han
