Issue with "Win 7 - Display 125%"

I have "Win 7 - Display 125%", and some opened files with long filenames - the tabs with the filenames are wider then my screen.

Now the "Arrow <- / ->" to scroll the tabs is nearly invisible, and after some usage it is completely gone ...

why do you have 2 minimize/maximize/close buttons???

??? - Is it not standard?
The lower one for handling the taabs (images + browser), the upper one for the entire app.

I use dual screen with Nvida Card.
