XnViewMP not opening b16 file

I attempted to open a .b16 file from PCO with XnViewMP (by double-clicking on the picture), and it did nothing.
I see that .b16 files are listed one of the 500 file types that are readable by XnViewMP.
Is there something I am missing?

I have the zip version of XnViewMP:
Version 0.69 x64 (Oct 8 2014)

do you have enabled option>General>Display all file format?

Thank you, that fixed the problem.

In case anyone else is looking for it, the option is actually under:
Tools -> Settings -> General -> General -> [checkbox] Show all graphics formats.
