Viewer does not apply ICC changes

When you open an image in a viewer tab and change a color management setting in Preferences > General > ICC, the changes are not applied. You must close the tab and re-open it. This is a bug, as the desired behavior is for such changes to apply immediately.

Yes, I'm asking for an improvement so it refreshes itself. This would make the program better.

This is still the case with 0.78. Luckily Ctrl+R uses the new profile when you reload.
