Search results haves wrong thumbnail size.

reproduce
- switch browser to thumbnail view
- Uncheck 'options / browser' 'launch browser at startup' checkbox (if checked)
- restart XnView & make search
= Search results haves wrong thumbnail size

The case get even worse with icon or thumbnail & details view

After changing thumbnail size 'right-click browser / thumbnail size' the size changes back to normal.

Sorry I can't reproduce. Search results thumbnails have the same size as when browsing folders.

I get quite truncated thumb-nails at height, like :

- I reported already that the first upper rank was truncated in 1.74, but this is much worse here !!! so :
Win 98 SE still…

Yeah you are right. The thumbnail size is ok, but the actual thumbnail is truncated.
And Olive what OS you are using? Maybe this is Win9x bug.

Yes, it seems it's a specific 98 SE bug… Here, ALL ranks are truncated ! I have just shown 2 ranks to reduce the pic here… and save space on my server

EDIT :
a - if you set very large thumbnails (tick that box too in the Options), let's say, W=400 H=500, then the pics smaller than this size are displayed properly in each thumb-nail…
b - Previews are normal, including zooming…

- I found out the first capture I showed to Pierre about this bug, it's dated December, 4th. 2004… Visible here

- A little different, since there the first upper rank has the top of the thumb-nails truncated, while the second rank has the bottom truncated…

Yeah you are right. The thumbnail size is ok, but the actual thumbnail is truncated.
And Olive what OS you are using? Maybe this is Win9x bug.

I can't reproduce it on win9x
