Yes, the same problem exists with XnViewMP 0.75 (Sept. 21 version).

It's a strange problem with the dark theme: If I switch to the "Cleanlooks" theme, the "Dark Theme" colours remain the same, but the icon spacing, etc., is corrected.
However, after closing and re-opening the program, the theme is now the "Cleanlooks"; and switching the theme to "Dark" and closing and re-opening the program shows the same problem with the icons in the "Dark Theme".
