Hi,
I'm using the latest Mac version of XnviewMP (I reinstalled it from the website right now just to be sure, and it made no difference).
What seems to be a new feature of XnviewMP is actually a curse

: I am referring to the way in which it reloads whatever images were open at the time it was last quit.
This "feature" has completely disabled my XnViewMP installation

, because it is trying to reopen a deleted or corrupted image - and fails of course - so it gets completely stuck: there is no getting past the error popup which says " ! File can't be loaded!" [the only option to respond is "OK", which just closes the app again, and you're back to square one].
At the very least, this needs better error handling.
Better still, just stop reloading old images again. If we want them again, we'll get them again

. Even if there were no problems with deleted images, it slows down the startup process.
Regards,
Ray
