2.38: Libraries mix cause warnings in PlugIns dialog

Starting from version 2.37 in extended archive (XnView-win-full.zip) (don't know about others) in "Plugins" there are two x64 libs libpng16-16.dll and zlib1.dll which, I suppose, for bpgdec.exe last version (0.9.6) of which is x64 only; but in the same time why libjpeg-62.dll is x86 and from previous version? Complete mess! . It's, of course, don't work on x86 systems and also triggers annoying warnings in "Info" => "Plug-Ins Information..." dialog.
Possible solutions:
1 - Revert bpgdec.exe to previous x86 version (0.9.5), also don't forget to reverting libs - zlib1.dll and libpng16-16.dll to libpng15-15.dll x86 versions.
2 - Don't include bpgdec in full archive but made it separate download with warning about only x64 version.
3 - Change bpgdec to Xbpg.usr - BPG-Plugin which is much better imho
