0.82: mp4 playback problems

After installing version 0.82, I encounter problems playing some mp4 video files. While I can hear sound, preview and/or main window stays black. Moving progress slider manually a little bit to the right makes the video play normally until the end. But pressing the play/pause button instead makes executable hang. Problem does not occur with version 0.81. Problem disappears when copying version 0.81's executable xnviewmp.exe into version 0.82's installation directory. Affected video files play successfully with Windows Media Player, VLC Player, etc.

@Pierre: What does this setting do? What happened to the old "VideoMode" setting? Could we please rename this setting to something meaningful (e.g. useQtAVVideoPlayer)?

Beta 2, useQtav=false, example.mp4 and other mp4 files don't work.

0.84, useQtav=false, example.mp4 and other mp4 files work good.

Pierre, should I change any ini option in beta 2? I'm using the ini from beta 1 without any changes.

I've just downloaded the sample file provided by Fritzle and tried in XnView MP 0.85 beta 4:

There's just a black screen (preview or viewer) and no video and no sound in browser/fullscreen/viewer mode. Looks like the internal player cannot handle MP4 files.

With useInternalVideoPlayer=true the example.mp4 file and the other mp4 files (1080p) work good here, browser preview/fullscreen/view modes, MP 0.85 beta 4, Windows 10 64 bit.

The example.mp4 video is very short, please try the other mp4 files.
